Howard P. Raff graduated from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ. He received a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He is Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Recognized as an outstanding Hearing Instrument Dispenser in the state of Connecticut since 1994, he continues to take courses/workshops to keep current with technology. He is a member of the International Hearing Society and the National Board for Certification in Hearing Sciences.

Howard proudly serves on the board of the Western CT Area Agency on Aging. During his spare time, he is a mentor in a local school system, a past president and continued active member of the Greater Hartford Probus Club (a civic organization dedicated to the mentally handicapped and their causes), and an active participant on various committees in the community.
